Codex Multi Gmail

A private, read-only email utility operated by Darren Bounds for personal planning and business operations.

The utility connects only Gmail accounts that Darren explicitly authorizes. It allows a local Codex workflow to search and read messages when preparing daily plans, reviewing commitments, and reconciling active work.

Read-only by design

• Uses Google's Gmail read-only permission.
• Cannot send, draft, label, archive, delete, or mark email read.
• Requires an explicit mailbox selection for every search or read.
• Does not offer public registration or third-party access.

How authorization is handled

OAuth credentials are stored in the operator's local macOS Keychain. The connector itself does not maintain a separate cloud database of Gmail messages. Authorized information may be processed through the operator's OpenAI Codex account to complete requested workflows.
