Privacy Policy
Codex Multi Gmail is a private utility used only by its operator and explicitly authorized account owners. It is not a public service.
Google data accessed
The utility requests Gmail read-only access. Depending on an operator-initiated workflow, it may access account identity, message and thread metadata, message bodies, labels, and attachment metadata. It does not download attachment contents through the Gmail connector.
How Google data is used
Gmail data is used only to perform requested personal-planning and business-operating workflows, such as identifying commitments, deadlines, follow-ups, and schedule-relevant information. The utility does not use Gmail data for advertising, profiling, or resale.
Storage and processing
OAuth credentials are stored in the operator's local macOS Keychain. The connector does not maintain a separate cloud mailbox database. Gmail data may be processed through the operator's OpenAI Codex account to fulfill a requested workflow. At the operator's direction, derivative notes or summaries may be saved in the operator's private Notion or Google Drive workspace.
Sharing
Gmail data is not sold or shared for advertising. It is disclosed only to service providers necessary to perform an operator-requested workflow, subject to the operator's accounts and agreements, or when legally required.
Retention and deletion
Authorization tokens are retained until the account owner revokes access or the operator removes the account. The connector does not independently retain Gmail message content after a request completes. Account owners can revoke access from their Google Account's third-party connections page and may request removal of derivative material by contacting the address below.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Codex Multi Gmail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
