Terms of Use
Codex Multi Gmail is a private, read-only utility. It is available only to the operator and account owners who explicitly authorize it.
Authorized use
The utility may be used only with Gmail accounts whose owners have granted authorization. Users must not attempt to access another person's account or use the utility for unlawful activity.
Read-only limitation
The utility is designed to search and read authorized Gmail data. It does not send or alter email. Results may be incomplete because of account permissions, service availability, indexing delays, or other technical limitations and should be reviewed before consequential decisions are made.
No public service or warranty
There is no public signup. The utility is provided for the operator's internal use on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Third-party services
The utility depends on services provided by Google and OpenAI. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google. Use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the utility changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
